For our site in Český Krumlov, Czech Republic we are looking for a

We are looking for a person, who:

• is proactive, independent, open minded, focused on detail without losing the big picture,
• has very good organizational and negotiating skills,
• is not afraid to look for new ways, different solutions, to talk, to negotiate,
• adapts quickly to new situations and familiarize with new topics and acts in a team-oriented manner,
• speaks English fluently, knowledge of other languages on communicative level is an advantage.

In your daily work, you will:

• cooperate with the customer to define and create new product,
• manage customer projects, clearly provide information to the customer, and clearly communicate internally,
• collaborate with internal teams on new product configuration, which must be delivered in defined time, quality and quantity, taking into account production capabilities,
• be in touch with customer on daily basis to propose best product configurations, to look for win-win solutions for both the customer and for Schwan.
