  • Review, coordinate, and negotiate contracts with landlords, contractors, architects, and vendors.
  • Manage deadlines, costs, and quality throughout the planning and execution phases of diverse projects.
  • Identify potential risks in any project phase and develop mitigation strategies to prevent project delays and cost overruns.
  • Ensure the project complies with local zoning laws, building codes, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Foster smooth communication between internal and external project participants.
  • Coordinate and supervise internal projects within our offices.
  • Manage real estate leases and contracts, perform financial analysis to support real estate decision-making.

We’ll be happy to have you on our team if you have:
  • A master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction, or a related field.
  • At least 6-10 years of professional experience in construction project management.
  • High aesthetic standards and a passion for design.
  • Strong motivation to work independently and collaborate in international, diverse, and multicultural teams.

  • Knowledge of and experience with the Czech local market, regulations, and building application procedures.
  • A willingness and ability to travel.
  • Proficiency in common office software, project planning tools, Excel and CAD.
We’d be especially thrilled if you have:
  • A certification in project management, sustainability, or health and well-being initiatives.
