We are currently looking for a Project Executive with French (to a native level) and fluent English within the Project Management team of Hercules.
Job Description


As a Project Executive, you will be part of a team managing a significant project for pharmaceutical clients. Your main responsibilities include coordinating updates and corrections of assets for healthcare professionals in French, both digital and printed. You will liaise between the agency of record/clients and our Desktop Publishing (DTP) team to ensure high-quality results.
To be successful in you mission, you will need:

• Project Coordination: Efficiently manage updates and corrections of healthcare materials in French, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  
• Client Communication: Serve as the primary contact between clients/ agency of record and the DTP team, facilitating clear and effective communication.
  
• Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of quality in all deliverables, with a keen eye for detail.
  
• Multitasking: Handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines.
  

Qualifications:

• Experience in an advertising agency; language management experience is a plus.
  
• Native-level proficiency in French and fluent in English.
  
• Interest in Gen AI and new technologies.
  
• Passionate, curious, and detail-oriented.
