To support our mission, we're looking for a talented Product Marketing Manager to help us with our GTM strategies to drive the promotion of our social media Actors.

Who are we looking for?

• You have 5+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, ideally at another tech startup with a thriving developer community.
• You have a passion for social media and the latest trends. You know all about the latest developments in the field, and you enjoy trying and testing new tools.
• You have a strong track record of creating product marketing plans encompassing strategy, client research, competitive analysis, and messaging.
• You can research and understand a complex technical product or feature and translate it into marketing campaigns that are relatable and engaging to the target audience.
• You know there is an infinite amount of work we could do, but you also know how to prioritize and execute on the most promising opportunities.
• You are highly organized, can multitask, and work across multiple teams.
• You have excellent written and verbal skills in English.
• Any technical background is a big plus, either in formal third-level education or in the trenches of another tech company.

What will you be doing?

• Responsible for the development and execution of marketing strategy for our social media Actors.
• Understand the needs of current and future customers and prepare tailored product messaging, brand differentiation, marketing content, and collateral.
• Develop and lead successful product launches and ongoing marketing campaigns.
• Measure and report on the performance of product marketing initiatives.
• Work closely with the team responsible for developing and maintaining our social media Actors, develop compelling marketing collateral, and influence the future product roadmap.
• Identify industry trends and monitor competing products to come up with new hypotheses and recommendations for future growth.
• Keep our marketing team up to date on the latest social media trends and make sure we also use our own tools.

What we expect from you in the first 6 months:

By the end of the first 3 months, we expect you to:

• Deeply understand our social media Actors, including Instagram Scraper, Tik Tok Scraper, and more.
• Conduct a competitive analysis of our social media Actors to grasp the market landscape and identify key differentiators.
• Reach out to existing customers to learn about their primary concerns, challenges, and use cases of our social media Actors.
• Gain insights into the marketing channels through which Apify acquires customers for these Actors and propose new channels we should try.
• Achieve early successes by developing and implementing initial marketing strategies or campaigns for our social media Actors.

By the end of the first 6 months, we expect you to:

• Actively contribute to the marketing strategy, aligning it with our mission and the current quarter's OKRs.
• Understand the user data related to our social media Actors and use it to influence the adoption of features and acquisition of new customers.
• Take full ownership of the marketing roadmap for social media Actors, ensuring it aligns with customer needs, market trends, and company goals.
