We are currently looking for an experienced Program Manager to join our team and work with different departments to execute company-wide projects. This is an excellent opportunity to learn about many aspects of the software industry and how tech companies operate.

We are currently looking for an experienced Program Manager to join our team and work with different departments to execute company-wide projects. This is an excellent opportunity to learn about many aspects of the software industry and how tech companies operate.
In this role, you will:
- Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, reporting directly to the VP of Program Management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and multiple departments to define project goals, scope, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans and timelines and allocate resources accordingly.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and aligned project goals.
- Regularly communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to key stakeholders and team members.
- Continuously improve project management processes and best practices within the team.
- A proven track record of developing team growth and delivering successful results.
- 3+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably within software engineering teams.
- A strong understanding of project management methodologies and the software development life cycle.
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively within cross-functional teams.
- The ability to deal with context switching.
- Strong negotiation and facilitation skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
