Your journey ahead:

You will be working with multiple location teams around Europe, report to Fulfillment and Delivery Director. You will be responsible for vivo’s European customer project delivery in pan-European level, and also communicate customer requirement to our production line, planning and forecast team in China.

Your Challenges:

  • Responsible for project management in product lifecycle;
  • Responsible for requirements gathering at early stage of project, formulation of project implementation plan, control of project progress and acceptance, and monitoring of risks;
  • Manage problems in the entire project lifecycle, and organize the improvement of major changes and typical problems;
  • Improve the supervision mechanism of project quality, strictly control the quality of project deliverables, organize the review of deliverables at all levels, and follow up the implementation of review opinions;
  • Establish and maintain project management process, track process implementation and improvement;
  • Manage the physical assets of the business department;
  • Assist in data analysis and development of strategy in product lifecycle management


Your profile includes:

  • Fluent in Chinese and English languages.
  • 1-3 years of work experience in smartphone area preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Passion for people, enjoy collaborating with teams and communicating across departments, with attention to detail and sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize skills, work independently.
