- In this role you will be responsible for safety and emergency preparedness within the company
- You will implement the safety training and campaigns as well as internal guidelines and policies in accordance with global Linde standard and local law requirements
- Moreover, you will prepare the trainings for designated employees and will also conduct the trainings
- You will also have an opportunity to be a person responsible for emergency preparedness according to obligations stipulated by Act No. 224/2015 Coll. emergency preparedness
- As a person responsible for emergency preparedness you will monitor, analyze, and follow-up on legislations requirement
- You will also organize regular emergency drills within the company
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote continuous improvement in safety and emergency preparedness
What makes you great
- University degree in related HSE field
- You possess in-depth knowledge of relevant safety regulations and safety standards for hazardous industries (e.g. chemicals, energy, mining)
- You are experienced in implementing process safety programs, safety audits and safety inspections
- In addition you are familiar with Act No. 224/2015 Coll. emergency preparedness
- You are fluent in Czech and English (written and verbal)
- You have strong problem-solving orientation, good communication skills and you are a team player
- Lastly, you enjoy travelling and are willing to travel within the Czech Republic
