With Czech Republic, Hager offers a comprehensive range of solutions for type-tested power distribution systems in the low voltage range from 800 - 4000A for buildings, industry and infrastructure with distribution systems as well as switchgear and protective devices developed and produced in-house. Supplemented by active/passive arc fault protection systems for maximum personal and system safety as well as ensuring high system availability.
As a Sales Engineer, you will report to Thomas Grund in the international sales department based in Czech Republic (North or South Bohemia) for a permanent contract.

At Hager, customers are our motivation! In your role as Sales Engineer you leverage your entrepreneurial and customer-oriented spirit to be the advisor for our customers, focusing on offering the best solutions possible for their projects. You are accountable for:
- Promote products and solutions towards a portfolio and build long-term relationships with customers: electrical installers, planners, architects and wholesale electrical suppliers.
- Prospect new customers whilst securing cross/up/repeat sales to existing customers.
- Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products, services, and/or solutions.
- Develop sales plans and prepare strategies to protect, grow, and diversify the relationship with targeted customers.
- Works independently with general supervision.
Your Profile
- Most important for us is that you are a motivated solution-driven sales personality with a hands-on mentality. Providing an exceptional customer experience is your biggest driver and together with us you want to build up our high current project business.
- With your experience in planning and managing of sales projects (2 years as minimum) you are able to successfully complete our projects.
- With your education in the electrical field (preferred) you have a deep understanding of our solutions and systems and of the needs of our customers to act as their trustful consultant.
- As we are working closely with our regional Service Centers, Czech language skills on a professional level are mandatory to fulfill this role.
