What you would do as our Sales Teamleader Locksmith / Mul-T-Lock

The Business Sales Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, growth, and profitability of the assigned business units. This role involves developing and executing strategies to meet organizational objectives, driving operational excellence, managing budgets, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products or services. Sales Manager manages and coordinates the activities of the sales representatives and Key Account Managers in the Czech Republic and Slovakia with the goal of delivering or exceeding the set business plans and strategies.

You would also:

Develop, implement, and oversee business strategies that align with the company's objectives for Mul-T-Lock, FAB, YALE, ABLOY and other brand within ASSA ABLOY portfolio.
Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and risks.
Monitor financial performance, including revenue, profit margins, and expenses, and take corrective action when needed.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team within the business unit and spend at least 3 working days per week in the field with the team.
Conduct coaching in accordance with the AA competency model.

The skills and experience you need

We are looking for someone who:

Is educated to degree standard or equivalent in a business or technical discipline, MBA preferred with knowledge of industry.
Has experience of leading a profitable and growing business and/or running a sales organization.
Has proven experienced in sales management, channels development and experience in both strategic planning and execution.
Has demonstrated improvement to a business in respect of market share, sales and profitability and own excellent leadership skills as well as business and financial acumen.
Is fluent in both English and Czech (mother tongue).
