• Develop, implement, and oversee business strategies that align with the company's objectives for Mul-T-Lock, FAB, YALE, ABLOY and other brand within ASSA ABLOY portfolio.
• Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and risks.
• Monitor financial performance, including revenue, profit margins, and expenses, and take corrective action when needed.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team within the business unit and spend at least 3 working days per week in the field with the team.
• Conduct coaching in accordance with the AA competency model.

• Is educated to degree standard or equivalent in a business or technical discipline, MBA preferred with knowledge of industry.
• Has experience of leading a profitable and growing business and/or running a sales organization.
• Has proven experienced in sales management, channels development and experience in both strategic planning and execution.
• Has demonstrated improvement to a business in respect of market share, sales and profitability and own excellent leadership skills as well as business and financial acumen.
• Is fluent in both English and Czech (mother tongue).
