Main purpose of the job
Use internal marketing tech stack to create better consumer experience and enhance our digital marketing capabilities

More specifically, you will be trusted to:

• <span 72="">Create a marketing data acquisition strategy across AEI and establish segments for marketing, ensuring GDPR compliance.
• <span 72="">Implement data management policies across the group to maintain data accuracy, completeness, and security.
• <span 72="">Oversee the collection, cleansing, and integration of consumer data from various sources.
• <span 72="">Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and requirements for business initiatives.
• <span 72="">Design, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• <span 72="">Create and manage email campaigns with brand managers, following best practices.
• <span 72="">Together with local marketing teams design, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• <span 72="">Develop and manage customer journeys and engagement programs to drive conversions.
• <span 72="">Serve as the primary contact for local markets regarding Marketing Cloud capabilities and resolve any issues.
• <span 72="">Act as the single point of contact for consumer data management, ensuring efficient handling and integration of data across all markets creating a centralized COE.

Do you have what it takes?

• 8+ years in managing Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud.
• Strong background in digital marketing, including email marketing, social media, and consumer journey optimisation.
• Experience with ad networks such as Google, Meta, and Adform (preferred).
• Solid understanding of data governance principles, data quality management, and data security best practices.
• Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud certifications.
• Technical skills in SQL (preferred).
