Summary of Position

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee all financial accounting activities, including month-end close, account reconciliation, revenue, and expense accounting.
• Administer VAT returns and ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements.
• Manage statutory accounts, year-end audits, and tax compliance processes.
• Collaborate with auditors, tax advisors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure accurate internal and external financial reporting.
• Play a key role in European and global finance projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Deliver on key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintain high standards in all accounting functions.

What You Bring:

• Certified Accountant or relevant degree (preferred).
• 5+ years of accounting, tax, or audit experience within a multinational organization.
• Experience with reporting of US GAAP/IFRS and statutory financial statements.
• Proven experience in preparing VAT returns and serving as the first point of contact for auditors.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with HFM is a plus.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken), with additional languages as an advantage.
• Independent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex financial tasks.
