Summary of Position
As a Reporting/Business Analyst in our Finance Department, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of financial data across multiple regions. You’ll work on consolidating and analyzing sales and financial information, supporting month-end and year-end closings, and providing key insights to internal stakeholders. This role offers the opportunity to drive process improvements and contribute to meaningful financial decisions in the field of Nuclear Medicine.
Essential Functions
As a key member of the Finance Department, you’ll be responsible for:
- Data Consolidation & Analysis: Gather, reconcile, and ensure the accuracy of sales and financial data from various systems.
- Month-End & Year-End Close: Assist with closing activities, ensuring data reliability, compliance, and completeness.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Participate in annual budget preparation and forecasting updates, consolidating and verifying financial information.
- Process Improvement: Identify and resolve discrepancies, suggest improvements, and enhance reporting processes.
- Stakeholder Support: Be the go-to expert for financial data inquiries and deliver insightful analytical support.
- Advanced Reporting: Create and maintain dashboards, develop reports, and drive automation to streamline financial processes.
- Ad Hoc Projects: Support special projects that drive value and efficiency within the team.
Requirements
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a financial, reporting, or similar role.
- Solid understanding of financial analysis and accounting principles.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Excellent English communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with tools like MS Power BI and Power Query.
- Exposure to international companies or multicultural teams.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
