Your main tasks will involve supporting Global Operations initiatives through data-backed analysis and reporting via Salesforce. This position is ideal for a motivated individual with a strong background in data and a passion for analytics. You will work closely with both your team and global business stakeholders, contributing to impactful decision-making processes, providing assistance under supervision of the Operations Manager, and ensuring smooth operations. WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Data Management and Analysis:
• Deliver analytics and insights by connecting and analyzing multiple data sources (sales, activities, market research, financials, field insights, etc.)
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and colleagues to ensure data accuracy and relevance.
• Dashboard Creation:
• Design and create interactive Salesforce & Power BI dashboards to visualize data and present insights to stakeholders in a clear and effective manner. Stay updated with the latest features and best practices in SFDC.
• Maintain Reports and Dashboards that track the business operations including report on sales, pipeline generation and customer retention performance compared to targets with recommendations that support decision-making
• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Data-Driven Insights:
• Collaborate with the Sales, GEO Sales Operations, Finance and IS Teams teams to provide ad-hoc analysis, investigate problems and/or validate business decisions
• Work with a variety of teams outside Global Sales Operations (including Marketing, Channel and Customer Success) to accurately assess lead flows, customer risk and areas of potential pipeline generation

WHO YOU ARE

• Graduate in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field, passionate about IT and Digitization.
• Interest in developing a deep understanding of data analytics and business intelligence functions. Motivated about personal development and eager to learn.
• Fluent in English, strong English communication skills (B2 Level).
• Must be eligible to work in the Czech Republic without the need for a work permit/sponsorship.
• Proficiency in Office365 (Word, Excel, Power Point, Power BI).
• Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills, ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Nice to have Salesforce experience.
