What You'll Do:

Create clear, concise, and user-friendly product documentation that explains complex software functionalities to a non-technical audience.

Work closely with UX designers to produce product UI copies that are tied to the company’s guidelines and best practices.

Collaborate closely with our agile teams to ensure timely and accurate content delivery.

Actively seek out information and work with subject matter experts to ensure the comprehensiveness and accuracy of documentation.

Adapt content and strategies quickly in response to evolving project requirements and feedback.

Enhance our documentation's effectiveness using your exceptional word juggling skills to make complex information easy to understand.
Who You Are:
-
Language Skills: Fluent in English with advanced writing and editing skills.
-
Technical Prowess: A solid technical foundation, with the ability to understand complex software systems and articulate their functionalities in simple terms.

Agile and Adaptable: Comfortable working in a fast-changing environment and capable of adjusting strategies on the fly to meet project needs.

Investigative Mindset: Possess a journalistic spirit with a proactive approach to gathering information and integrating seamlessly into agile team dynamics.

Desired Educational Background: Degree in IT, computer science, or a related technical field is preferred.
Technical Skills and Experience:

Familiarity with Madcap Flare or other Content Management Systems (CMS).

Basic understanding of CSS and good general knowledge of HTML5.

Basic knowledge of versioning systems, such as SVN or Github.

Experience with Jira & Confluence is a plus.

Javascript and advanced UI copywriting skills are a significant plus.
