We are looking for a Training & Education Manager (m/f/x) to complete our team.
You will be in charge the education program for customers, using training programs created in partnership with experts, on clinical methods using the group's products.
You will identify needs and gaps, define the education strategy for our different business units and target customers, set up educational targets and ensure the operational implementation of the education strategy.
Additionally, you will be responsible to identify and develop new KOL´s and speakers and build up our KOL and speaker pool. Lastly, you will coordinate education events, courses and speaker deployment on a local level in Czechia and Slovakia and help to promote our speakers internationally.

Key Responsibilities
- Responsibe for defining the Training & Education strategy and its implementation, with the aim of increasing the product knowledge of customers, prospects and employees while covering the different business units of the Straumann Group
- Close collaboration with global and regional Marketing and Education teams, the local sales team and customers to connect the global Straumann Group Strategy and product launches with the local market and business needs and set up a country specific Training & Education Plan for both Czechia and Slovakia
- Provide input to Marketing Manager on the annual education budget; while being responsible for the implementation, monitoring of the budget and evaluation of all educational activities on a local level.
- Course Management & Administration: Course organisation from A to Z, incl. course registration, close collaboration with the speakers as a preparation of the course, hands-on support of the course, follow-up of the training certification, satisfaction surveys etc.
- Coordinate, promote and support regional and international courses, congresses and events of Straumann and it´s partners.
- Creation of a yearly Education Brochure or Website, execution of marketing campaigns for courses, congresses and events.
- Implement a yearly, quarterly, and monthly plan for all Customer Education in close collaboration with the sales force, with clear registration & follow-up targets, deadlines and a ROI measurement.
- Responsible for KOL/speaker management and development. Implementation and monitoring of contracts for identified trainers as well as their fees. Advise and support speakers on their pedagogy and the content of their lectures/training.
- Take the lead in Education Quality Management ensuring quality standards of educational events, create Education Standard Operation Procedures and Processes, such as course outcomes, course checklists and management of congress and demo material
- Proactively identify the training needs of employees and development and delivery of content for internal training and education of employees
- Watch on the evolutions and trends of the training market in order to be able to be a source of proposals.
- Working weekends will be required to fulfill the needs of this role.
- Other responsibilities and tasks may be assigned or requested.
- Degree in marketing/ communication/ dentistry/ bioengeneering/ dental lab technology
- Experience in organizing seminars, training courses or similar events
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry or experience in setting up a course system for medical products are a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels of stakeholders
- Good knowledge of English
- PC skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Sharepoint)
