Wholesalers & Sales Coordinator

This position is responsible for helping/enabling implementation of Consumer Health CZ&SK sales strategy. As such Wholesaler & Sales Coordinator will be responsible for tasks connected with flow of goods starting in our warehouse through distributors, sales force up to end consumer. The position contributes to daily execution and to coordination of activities done by involved internal stakeholders, especially in Sales

What you do:

• Wholesalers’ management, e.g., compensation and stock expiration management

• Communication with wholesalers´ on regular basis coordinating weekly orders

• Analytical support as analyzing the key data from pharmacies regarding sales and profitability. E.g. tracking the quarterly targets and plans, tracking the costs

• Support with internal CRM systems, preparing inputs + analyzing the results

• Enhance internal communication by coordination of feedback and next steps

• Organizational support connected with internal events (e.g. Cycle meetings)

Who you are:

• University degree is an advantage. Experience in the pharmacy business is an advantage

• Very good English (written and spoken), level B2/C1

• Team spirit with individual responsibility

• Result oriented, high level of responsibility and proactivity

• Very good communication skills (e.g. get the info from the team, aggregate and communicate further)

• Analytical skills

• Advanced PC skills – Excel (analysis, databases, graphs, contingency tables, V-lookup,..), Word, Power Point
