ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Are you a skilled administrative assistant looking for a your next job adventure? We are looking for a new colleague to join an exciting project with our client in the renewable energy industry. You will be supporting a team of contract managers.
Location: Greater Copenhagen, onsite.
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Request for Information (RFI): Setting up the RFI process
- Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC)
- Implementing a QA/QC process to review documents, which may vary depending on the process. Once validated, the documents will be transferred to another department
- Costing: Supporting a costing sheet for recovery and preparation for negotiation
- Other activities that supports Contract Managers
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
- Experience in Supply chain, contract management ideally
- Experience with providing admin support to the senior contract managers
- Proactive attitude
- Good coordinator and communication skills
- Strong in building working relationships (internal and external)
- Well organised and capable of meeting agreed deadlines
- Strategic thinking with operational focus
- Organizational thinking, planning & adherence to timelines
- Good communication skills
- Take own initiatives and ensure for results
- Professional level of English - both oral and written Valid EU work permit making you able to start right away
