Job Description
Our client is seeking a Business Analyst who can work as part of the IT & Automation Organization in the Global Team to support our unprecedented programme of growth and expansion, Fill/Finish Expansions (FFEx).
As the BA in the global team you’ll work across systems and sites to facilitate the work regarding our Corporate IT System Landscape. The project sites in scope for FFEx are getting more and more into the execution phase, meaning that a lot of technical and process questions have started to increase. This calls for attention and for somebody who can run more in-depth analysis of the technical matters. Additionally, there is a need to develop a deeper understanding of our IT system portfolio, so that we centrally can support our project sites without always needing to seek support and answers elsewhere. Having said that a major part of this role is to connect with our System Delivery teams in DD&IT to fully understand our systems, requirements, and other important aspects of rolling out the global IT System portfolio.
The Business Analyst will collaborate with the Central Teams in DD&IT and within the IT Team in the Fill/Finish Expansions program. Therefore, the role requires strong stakeholder management skills

Support our unprecedented programme of growth and expansion, Fill/Finish Expansions (FFEx), as a BA and facilitate work regarding our Corporate IT system landscape.

Ensure the successful implementation of our Corporate IT systems at local sites, including scoping, cost estimation, and risk management.

Develop a deep understanding of the applications in scope and ensure clear roles and responsibilities between local sites and delivery teams.

Drive standardisation across our Corporate IT systems and new expansion sites.

Take additional requirements driven by program standardisation and ensure they are properly implemented in each of the sites affected.

Drive change management together with the PM to ensure deployment is runs successfully.

Coordinate between local sites and delivery teams, working closely with site project managers as well as the local organisation.

Manage activities related to system implementation in coordination with delivery teams.

Support additional ad hoc tasks and system discovery activities within the Corporate IT Systems and Standards team.

Understand and manage the scope for our Cross IT Area – knowing and clarifying whats included and excluded and what does that mean for the implementation efforts

Ability to understand the processes and knowing what is required from Cross IT within our process areas
