Business Ethics Advisor to support Terma’s compliance and due diligence efforts, Søborg

We are currently looking for a Business Ethics Advisor to support our compliance efforts and contribute to our overall purpose – securing people through advanced technology.
Team and Role
You will be part of a small, dedicated team in the Sustainability, ESG and Business Ethics Department. We are responsible for Terma’s sustainability strategy, Code of Conduct, anti-corruption and human rights work, due diligence and reporting channels.
You will therefore work with a wide variety of stakeholders and compliance matters across the global organization.
Key Responsibilities
Your key task and area of responsibility is

Conducting due diligence within anti-corruption, human rights and the environment. You will be responsible for conducting extensive internet, database and media research into companies and individuals.
Anti-corruption monitoring and internal control, as well as preparing monthly reports on anti-corruption compliance to Executive Management.
Updating compliance training and relevant policies and procedures, as well as communicating these to the organization.

Qualifications
You have recently graduated with a master’s degree within political science, business administration or similar fields. You are interested in world events and are up to date with geopolitical situations.
You are structured in your approach, excel in research and presenting complex issues into communicable and tangible findings. You are thorough, independent, and have a systematic approach enabling you to maintain an overview of numerous tasks at a time. You are methodical, precis and detail oriented. You can listen to and respect the needs of key stakeholders while also having the courage to challenge their opinions.
