CHANGE MANAGER SUPPORT

We are looking for a new colleague to join an exciting project with client in the pharma industry. You will support Change Management activities related to building out their Data Foundation across Lo B engagements

Location: Greater Copenhagen, hybrid.

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

Communication tasks: Support article and newsletter activities to help communicate news continuously on Viva Engage, and create (some of the) content to the Data Marketplace playbook
Stakeholder management: including stakeholder mapping and engagement tracking across Lo B engagements
Training: including both material creation and facilitation
Feedback loops: help track feedback from training sessions and newsletter

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

Strong experience as a Change Manager making you able to adapt right away
Proficiency in change management methodologies and best practices
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across various organizational levels
Experience in leading change initiatives within data and analytics projects, preferably in healthcare
Knowledge of data management, governance and data-related challenges
Relevant educational background and certifications in change management methodologies or data-related technologies
Valid EU work permit making you able to start right away
Strong English skills - both oral and written
