Right now we are looking for an ambitious and responsible Supply Coordinator at Coop Trading A/S


Do you thrive on problem solving and supply chain optimization to secure a great service level? Are you structured, detail-oriented and understand the high importance of creating relations? Then the job as a Nordic Supply Coordinator in our Supply team might be something for you.


Our Supply team ensure a high service level to our 4000 Nordic stores. The team consists of 10 dedicated Project Planners and Supply Coordinators that coordinate time schedules for the change in the assortment or solve supply issues on the products.

Your key responsibilities:
The tasks in the position are many and varied, and will among other things include:

• Problem solving on delivery issues in close cooperation with suppliers and national order planners
• Secure high service level and coordinate supplier changes, assortment changes, new product launches, and onboarding new suppliers
• Participate in cross functional projects

To succeed in the role, we imagine that you:

• Have experience with supply chain and delivery issues
• You have a short to medium long education within logistic
• You are structured and very detail-oriented, understanding the high importance of data discipline
• Have effective written and spoken communication skills in English (knowledge of Nordic languages is a bonus)
• Are a team player, have a good business understanding and understands the value of collaboration
• Have a strong sense of responsibility and accountability for your work
• Have a “one step ahead” and ambitious mindset with a desire to make a difference and challenge the status quo
• Are service-minded and attentive to your stakeholders
• Are an experienced user of the Office suite, with a general aptitude for IT systems

Place of work: Currently, our office is in Taastrup – however, we are moving to new office premises at Vesterbro in January 2025.
It is a requirement to be able to meet at the office every week; however, it is still possible to work from home a few days a week.
