Become the driving force behind data-driven development
As a User Journey Optimization Specialist at Lobyco, you'll be part of our UX team, based in both Denmark and Romania. In the UX team you will be the expert driving the process for understanding actual user behavior and translating this into actionable insights for optimizing the user journey. You’ll play a key role in analyzing data from various analytics tools, particularly Firebase, and turning those insights into recommendations to improve the user experience.

Your main responsibilities

• Lead the process of working with analytics data, guiding UX and product teams.
• Bridge the gap between UX and data, making data-driven decisions to improve user experiences.
• Analyze actual user behavior through tools like Firebase and Adobe Analytics
• Create concrete, data-informed recommendations for product optimization.
• Present insights through data visualizations and reports that communicate clear, actionable strategies.

Qualifications for the perfect candidate
The perfect fit for this role would be a hybrid between a Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist and an App/Web Analyst with 5+ years in data analysis and user journey optimization.

• Proven expertise in working with analytics tools like Firebase, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms to analyze user behavior and app performance.
• Strong understanding of optimization principles and experience in implementing data-backed strategies to enhance user experiences.
• Experience in collaborating with UX teams and possesses a strong usability and user experience mindset.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) to present insights in an understandable way.
• Excellent communication skills, able to bridge the gap between data and design, and present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Good written and verbal English, since this is our company language.
