Location: Ballerup & Aarhus
Your main responsibility will be to drive the strategy and execution of Quality Assurance and Testing Services for Dynamics ERP implementations in the Danish market by defining and implementing robust testing processes and methodologies. Being responsible for the Danish unit and customers and build the future team moving forward.
The Global team consists of 24 employees located globally. Become a part of a global team collaboration for digital transformation for a better tomorrow.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Define project testing strategy and scope, goals and deliverables that support quality goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
- Develop full-scale test strategies and plans and associate communications documents. Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
- Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis. Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve testing goals
- Set and continually manage Testing expectations with team members and other stakeholders and identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
- Plan and schedule testing timelines and milestones using appropriate Test Management tools
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations
- Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the Test team, analyze results, and communicate problem areas
- Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work
- Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project
Your qualifications
You bring a minimum of 10+ years of experience within Microsoft Dynamics F&O, preferably from the Tech Consultancy business. Furthermore, you have:
- Demonstrable, relevant Dynamics F&O product knowledge for the role
- Commercial mindset and pre-sales knowledge
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies
- Fluency in Danish and English
