We are looking for a commercial and visionary Head of Governance, Risk, and Compliance to advise and help clients bridge technological and compliance requirement.

Core Responsibilities
In this role, you will report directly to the Service Area Director, Frederik Thordal Jørgensen with one employee in reference. Your mail responsibilities will be:

Being responsible for the Governance, Risk & Compliance Team: lead, drive, motivate etc.
Provide expert advice to clients on Governance, Risk & Compliance, with a strong focus on regulatory compliance
Guide clients in implementing effective risk assessments and designing controls that align with ISO standards and other relevant frameworks
Develop strategies to ensure clients maintain compliance and adopt best practices in governance, risk, and compliance management
Communicate clearly with clients, explaining compliance requirements and recommending practical steps to achieve them
Continuously monitor and assess clients' compliance efforts, advising on improvements and updates as needed
Build and establish the future Governance, Risk, and Compliance team

Your background and experience
You have strong knowledge and experience within Governance, Risk, and Compliance. This includes:

Experience from a Matrix or SMB organization, preferably within IT Service & Technology or consultancy businesses
Solid working knowledge of Governance, Risk, and Compliance; ISO27001, NIS2 & GDPR
Having a keen sense of identifying growth opportunities

To succeed in the role, you bring a sharp business acumen, a strong commercial and entrepreneurial mindset, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and a proactive and energetic personality.
