Release Manager | Global Service | Dynamics

Are you ready to make an impact in a fast-paced, collaborative environment? We are looking for a Release Manager to ensure smooth and efficient project deliveries!

Location: Aarhus & Ballerup

As a Release Manager, you will coordinate and oversee release activities, working closely with team members, developers, and consultants across multiple countries. Your role will involve managing release schedules, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring all processes run smoothly using tools like Azure Dev Ops, Microsoft D365FO&CE, and Service Now.
You will play a key part in supporting the Transition and Change Management processes and contribute to the success of the organization by ensuring timely and quality releases. This role reports to the Director of Operations Development.

As part of the Global Service Team, you will be located locally and collaborate globally, participate in and drive both local and global activities. Your core responsibilities will be to:

Coordinate and manage release activities across teams
Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain clear communication and expectations
Utilize tools such as Azure Dev Ops to monitor and optimize release processes
Support junior team members and contribute to their development

Your background and experience:
The successful candidate has a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field combined with a minimum of 2+ years of experience. This includes:

Experience in managing release or delivery processes in a technology-driven environment
Knowledge of tools like Microsoft D365FO & CE, Azure Dev Ops, and Office 365
Strong communication and collaboration skills

Certifications in ITIL, agile, or project management are a plus

Proficiency in Danish and English
