• MSc or BSc in Engineering, Pharmacy; Business or similar relevant academic background

• More than 10 years of relevant experience, technically as well as when it comes to leadership. Your leadership experience must cover leadership in a large organization and different kinds of employee groups.

• In-depth knowledge of aseptic production processes and equipment is highly beneficial

• A natural inclination to continuous improvements of production processes, preferably combined with LEAN competencies

• Proven track record of success in building high performance organisations

• In-depth knowledge of regulatory and quality standards in the pharmaceutical industry related to c GMP and medical production

• Proven record of ability to handle complex and strategic matters

• Results-oriented, with in-depth business understanding, high level of analytical skills, and ability to handle high pressure environment

• The job requires a very high degree of independence and significant stakeholder management skills

• Ability to win support from others within and outside Novo Nordisk to advance the company’s objectives, using reasoning, persuasive arguments, networking, etc.

• An excellent communicator and presenter with good command of written/spoken English
