The Position
As a Cost Controller at Novo Nordisk, the candidate will:

Drive project controls in the areas of cost management, earned value, and project cost reporting.
Be responsible for their project area, ensuring robust controlling and delivering reliable data.
Collaborate closely with the Project Controls team to ensure effective project management and control.
Provide accurate and timely reporting on project performance, including cost analysis.
Support project managers in making informed decisions by providing financial analysis and insights.

The workplace is both at our project office in Høje Taastrup and in Tietgenbyen, Odense.

Qualifications
To excel in this role, the candidate should have the following qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher in economics or from a technical university.
Experience in project controls, preferably in a large-scale project environment.
Knowledge of cost management, earned value analysis, planning and scheduling techniques, risk management, and scope and change management.
Experience using project management software and tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential in this role.
Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Your structured approach allows you to maintain a broad overview while keeping an eye for the details. You have the flair for translating complex issues into communication easily absorbed by upper management. You thrive in an environment with a large stakeholder landscape.

About the Department
The Cost Controller position is based in the Cost Controlling team in the PMO department. Our team supports all project tracks in all aspects of cost controlling.
