We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced ERP System/Integration Manager to join our team and oversee our Net Suite system. This is an on-site position located in our Copenhagen office and does not offer relocation assistance.

About the job - ERP Administrator for Netsuite
We are looking for someone who has a solid knowledge of working with the IT side of ERP systems. You could have worked with for example SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Netsuite.
You will manage Day to Day operations within the Net Suite implementation, and your main customers are your colleagues. You have probably worked with complex IT projects before, and you master troubleshooting issues across the Netsuite platform.
In turn, you will receive the responsibility to become a key contributor in helping to standardize Net Suite functionalities across all business lines, and also a key contributor with the identification of an Account’s Payble solution across the global organization.

You will work with:

Perform day-to-day operations, maintenance, support and troubleshooting activities related to back-end system management and front-end user portal
Management integrations to ensure availability across global network
Manage Net Suite Support queue and escalations to Partner or Net Suite directly as needed.
Create configurations and customizations in Net Suite to meet business needs.
Provide on-going systems and technical support for the Net Suite system.
Drive automation of core functions and ad hoc functions as they arise

About you
We imagine you to be helpful and patient. You have that structured approach and logical mind-set required for solving upcoming technical issues.
A sense of humor helps but is not a requirement. Important for this job is conscientiousness, helpfulness, and systems knowledge. You are not afraid of asking follow up questions to understand an issue fully.

Skills/Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, related field or comparable experience
Minimum of 3-5 years working with Net Suite, including ERP, e Commerce, CRM, and Project Management
Fully efficient in custom record types, fields, forms, roles and permissions, page layouts, searches and reports, and Net Suite data model.
EDI/API experience, including integrating with 3rd party applications
Suite Script Experience
Can demonstrate experience with CRM or ERP systems.
