emagine is seeking an experienced and structured Head of Customer Success and Team Lead for the Onboarding Team for a client. Our client is looking for someone to manage their portfolio of internal customers and ensure a smooth onboarding process to their platform. You will guide prospects and existing customers from awareness to activation, ensuring high levels of satisfaction throughout their journey. This role is also crucial in operationalizing the data mesh with decentralized data product development and data ingestion.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the customer success process, ensuring internal customer satisfaction and progress.
Lead and enhance onboarding processes for seamless user experiences.
Drive the operationalization of data mesh, including decentralized silver and gold product development.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the platform and effectively communicate its value to customers.
Own and continuously improve onboarding and adoption processes for scalability.

Key Metrics:

Onboarding Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)
Onboarding Time
Customer Retention Rate
Data Mesh Operationalization

Requirements:

Proven experience in customer success management, onboarding, and data product development.
Strong leadership and collaboration skills across teams.
Expertise in data platform operations and scaling processes.

Start date: 01-12-2024
End date: 31-12-2025
Allocation: Full time, time & material
Location: Søborg, Denmark (Hybrid) Team.
