Do you want to help drive our ambitious Health, Safety and Environment agenda in close collaboration with our dedicated Work Environment Organization? Are you motivated by a large interface and by working operationally and proactively to ensure that we all come home safe from work - every day? As our new HSE specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that the working environment at MAN ES DK always complies with current legislation and that our HSE culture continues to develop proactively. This is where your skills in supporting change processes, your good ideas and, not least, your communication skills can really come into play.
You will play an important role in:

Provide support and counselling to +800 managers and employees in occupational health and safety
Support the Work Environment Organization (AMO) in connection with risk assessments, incident management, rounding etc.
Develop and conduct HSE courses and training
Analyse HSE data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Ensure relevant information to managers and employees
Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and conduct compliance checks

We imagine that you:

Have a relevant education at min. bachelor level
Preferably have several years of relevant work experience, but most importantly the desire to learn
Have what it takes to ensure that we continuously develop and fulfil our ambitious HSE agenda
Thrive on multi-tasking at operational and tactical level
Outgoing, proactive and able to communicate easily with different employee groups

You will be part of a dedicated and experienced HSE team covering all 5 sites in Denmark. The team currently consists of 4 Safety Managers, two HSE specialists (of which you will be one), an HSE coordinator, a Senior Environmental Manager and a student assistant. You will be based at our site in Copenhagen and will work closely with the HSE specialist at our site in Frederikshavn and the 2 Safety Managers in Copenhagen.
