Infrastructure Program Manager with Pharma experience

- IT Infrastructure Expertise:
- Lead Site-Wide IT Upgrades: Manage and coordinate IT upgrades across multiple locations, liaising with local site teams, corporate IT, and external vendors for smooth implementation.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage and coordinate with a range of stakeholders, from site managers and department heads to regulatory bodies, ensuring alignment across diverse groups.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify and mitigate risks within large-scale infrastructure projects, including data center migrations and network upgrades, while minimizing impact on ongoing site operations.
- Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams effectively, fostering collaboration and motivation to achieve project goals within IT infrastructure.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all IT infrastructure projects comply with relevant data privacy laws, industry standards, and site-specific compliance requirements.
- Proven experience in IT infrastructure management and technical proficiency.
- Strong leadership skills in overseeing cross-functional teams.
- Advanced stakeholder engagement and regulatory compliance experience, especially within the pharmaceutical industry.
