IT PROJECT MANAGER
Are you a skilled and experienced project manager looking for an exciting opportunity to drive transformative initiatives within the PMO area of the FFEx organization at Novo Nordisk? We're looking for an experienced Project Manager in IT for our client within Pharma.
You will to take charge of two critical initiatives, which are analyzing and creating an IT strategy for the PMO area and implementing an IT solution for document management related to engineering data.
Location: Greater Copenhagen, hybrid.
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the current IT landscape in the PMO area
- Together with our solution architect, collaborate with stakeholders to define and create an IT strategy that aligns with the goals and objectives of the PMO area within the FFEx organization
- Lead the implementation of an IT solution for document management, specifically related to engineering data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure the IT solution meets the needs of the organization
- Oversee the deployment and integration of the IT solution, ensuring smooth adoption and functionality
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
- Proven 8 years+ experience as a project manager, preferably within the IT or engineering domain
- IT Project Manager experience preferably within pharma
- Strong understanding of IT strategy development and implementation
- Experience in implementing IT solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and dynamic environment
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) would be advantageous
- IT Project Management Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and dynamic environment
- Valid EU work permit making you able to start right away Strong English skills - both oral and written
