Position: Junior Sales Executive
Location: Gentofte (Denmark)
Working hours per week: Fulltime 37 hours per week

Monoma, a leading vacancy management and property services company in Europe, is looking for a Junior Sales Executive that will help us expand our business, one property at a time. You will be part of our small team located in Gentofte, as well as the international European Monoma Sales Team. You will have regular meetings with your counterparts in other Monoma markets to share experiences, discuss challenges, and learn from each other. Partly working from home is one of the many possibilities.

Clear targets help you to focus on the right prospects. Your canvas will be diverse and ever-changing, and you’ll be engaging with a variety of stakeholders, from local authorities to commercial property owners.

What can you expect from us?

You will be given the opportunity to expand the Monoma Denmark business, by seeking out potential business opportunities to give vacant properties a new life. Besides targeting new leads, you also operate as an advisor, as you will advise prospects on solutions that we offer to generate (new) business and to optimize the management of vacant properties.
We will provide you with the right tools to achieve your goals, such as Linked In Sales Navigator, Salesforce, databases, and magazines.

With your knowledge, interest and network in real estate, you are fully committed to this position. You work proactively, hands on and know how to trigger the right customers.
And of course, you have the following skills and competences:

• Passionate about the whole sales process, from targeting new leads to closing deals;
• Experienced in sales/account management B2B in real estate;
• It is essential that you are able to take own initiative;
• Excellent networking and interpersonal skills (communication, active listening);
• Result-oriented and strategically strong minded (not afraid of taking risks);
• Maintain a global overview of your objectives and can set the right priorities;
• Ability to work digitally and have a good command of Microsoft Office tools;
• Fluent in Danish and English, both written and verbal;
• In possession of a driver’s license B and willing to travel through Denmark;
