We have an increasing number of projects across Denmark, where we need the expertise of Land Management Specialists and Land Surveyors. Therefore, we are looking for colleagues with a background as Land Management Specialist, Land Surveyor or a related field, with a strong knowledge of areas and rights to join our team. We are more than 50 team members across several offices in Denmark, working alongside our customers on some of Denmark’s most significant projects. These years we have a special focus on projects that help the green transition and the goal of reducing CO² emissions considerably.
In this role, you will be employed at one of our offices in Denmark (Lyngby, Ringsted, Vejle, Aarhus, Aalborg) – which ever one is most convenient for you. You will of course also have the opportunity to work from home a few days a week, in order to make your days as easy and smooth as possible.
Your key activities will be:

Acquisition of areas and rights through expropriation and voluntary agreements
Administration of road law and private road law and the guest principle in connection with utility relocations
Real estate regulations, nature and environmental issues
Area’s distribution, groundwater protection and nature restoration

Your educational background is not crucial – perhaps you have a master’s degree in Surveying, Planning and Land Management, you are a Land Management Specialist, or you have another relevant academic education. You experience could possibly come from working in a municipality, utility company or a land surveying firm.
On top of that, you will have:

Experience with areas and rights acquisition in constructions projects, including determining compensation, both through expropriation and voluntary agreements
Knowledge of legislation and processes related to expropriation
Familiarity with road legislation and the regulatory requirements for construction projects related to road law and private road law
Experience with real estate regulation e.g., agriculture, nature and environmental issues
Fluency in Danish – both written and oral
