The position
In this role you will be responsible for the Project Office in our Aseptic Manufacturing (AM) facility in Bagsværd. The team consists of 11 project managers, and is responsible for running investment projects on site, which include new equipment, process improvements, new product launches and facility expansions. You and your team cooperate very closely with local departments, but also with stakeholders in corporate functions such as AMSAT (Aseptic Manufacturing Science and Technology) and in our sister plants in AM, to bring concepts to life.

Your main tasks will include:

Provide visible and active leadership by supporting and mentoring the team.
Set clear and ambitious targets for how projects are run, drive performance.
to reach those targets and as such ensure the realization of the site’s strategical objectives.
Actively engage with the local leadership team and stakeholders across the broader international network of AM, to ensure alignment and remove roadblocks when needed.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:

An academic degree, preferably in a STEM discipline.
At least 4 years of experience in a people leadership role, preferable from a similarly large organization.
A solid understanding of project management, preferably having run projects yourself at a given point in your career.
Ideally pharma and/or GMP related experience.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Danish is a plus.

About the department
Site Bagsværd is part of the production network for Aseptic Manufacturing at Novo Nordisk. The local PMO organization is part of Business Support – an area also responsible for training, logistics, finance, lean, product release, inspection and warehouse. Our department provides the best support possible for our operations to run smoothly and efficiently.
