The position

We are a fast-growing organisation operating in a dynamic and busy environment as we support our global operations.

Some of your main focus areas will include:

A strong focus on employee well-being, as we operate in an environment charac-terized by a volatile workflow and urgency, emphasizing the need to ensure team coherence and build a positive working environment that fosters resilience and collaboration.
Driving investigations on supplier-related issues and ensuring timeliness in deliv-erables.
Actively engage and support continuously improvement of the departments pro-cesses to improve flow & efficiency.
Supporting the organization to maintain operational performance even when de-viations occur.
Balance and prioritise short-term deadlines and long-term process optimisations.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you have:

Significant experience in Quality related work.
A Master’s degree in natural sciences, engineering, pharmacist, or another rele-vant field.
Full proficiency English.
Understanding of operational workflows within a regulated environment
Experience in continuous process improvement or review – embedding, strengthening, and optimising processes
Experience of cross functional working and stakeholder management

About the department

The Packaging Quality Support team works side-by-side with the Raw Quality Support Team, reporting to a senior manager while being a part of ISM (Inbound Supply Man-agement). The teams consists of 10 Supply Quality Professionals in site Bagsværd. ISM is responsible for managing hundreds of suppliers and items used by Novo Nordisk around the globe to produce our life-saving products.
