Marketing Insights Analyst

As our new Marketing Insights Analyst, you will join Analytics and Insights team in Kongens Lyngby, Denmark. The two key components of this role will be reporting (via Power BI dashboards) and ad hoc, complex Marketing analytics.
Key responsibilities
Possess contextual business knowledge and functional domain expertise in the advertising, social, CRM and media space, using data, analytics, and insights to add revenue and business-impacting value via audience selection and behavioural engagement.
Develop actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
Provide insights to aid in the planning of campaigns across marketing channels.
Create and deliver routine reports and as well as ad-hoc and in-depth analytics.
Forecast the potential uplift of campaign activations, optimizations, and new features to aid prioritization.
Build on the foundations of automated data collection, processing, and reporting.
Improve our techniques, processes and quality assurance of implemented analytics tracking and reporting.
Build relationships with data architects, analytics and data teams that manage tools and data sets, with the aim of creating meaningful data integrations that reveal more powerful insights.
Work closely with colleagues, partners and agencies of differing analytics expertise to ensure proposed solutions meet desired reporting requirements.
What you bring
We are seeking someone who is enthusiastic about data and who are continuously learning and bringing new developments to the team.
Additionally, you bring:
Minimum 8 years of experience in analytics, data science, or quantitative insights in an enterprise setting.
Minimum 3 years working with marketing analytics data.
Master’s Degree or Ph.D. in Data Science, Operations Research, Psychometrics, Marketing Science, Finance, (Bio)Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or another quantitative field.
Advanced skills in writing in Python/R (modelling) and SQL/Spark (data).
Proficiency in evaluating the big picture and solve business problems rather than focusing solely on metrics.
Prior experience with at least one of the following methodologies: media mix modelling, multitouch attribution, customer lifetime value, customer loyalty and churn, behaviour-based segmentation, incrementality modelling, propensity modelling or targeting.
Prior expereince working with Pandas, Stats Models, PYMC, Tensor Flow, Pytorch, Spark/ML, sklearn, Num Py and related packages will be advantageous but is not a requirement.
Convincing drive for results and intellectual curiosity; must be a self-starter.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects at once without sacrificing quality.
Excellent written and verbal and communication skills in English.

As part of our Analytics & Insights function, you will join a team of 5 experts based in Lyngby, Denmark. Analytics & Insights is part of our wider marketing function where there will be daily collaboration, but this role will also interact with many other customer-facing functions across the business.

Compensation: Competitive salary and benefits package.
