We are looking for a Process Engineer to join our growing team in Esbjerg, Denmark.
Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities include:
- UNISIM model operation & custodian
- Participation in general process engineering activities, herein equipment sizing, overpressure protection and control.
- Participate in supervision of subcontractor work, review, and definition
- Ad Hoc tasks from internal parties
- HAZID, HAZOP and verification comment close out
In order to succeed in the role, we are looking for candidates with the following skills:
- Relevant academic degree; Chemical Engineer (Process Engineer)
- 5–8 years of prior experience as a Process Engineer
- Solid Process simulation experience
- Experience with process plant configuration, unit operations, H&MB
- Experience with specification & cross discipline coordination
- Familiarity with electrical systems/power plants is a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, a structured and results-driven way of working
- Motivation for building knowledge in the Pt X domain
- Excellent communication skills and experience in collaborating with various stakeholders in a team environment
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to quickly gain trust and build solid working relationships
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and the ability to communicate cross-culturally. Other languages would be a plus but are not essential
