With our focus on Passenger Services, Freight, Terminals, and Logistics, we strive to deliver exceptional experiences to our customers. As a Product Owner, you will join the Passenger and Customer Engagement Tribe, responsible for the development and ownership of our passenger booking ecommerce & other digital channels.

- Own the vision for the passenger digital booking experience, driving innovation and customer-centric design.
- Ensure the successful launch of new functionality based on user needs.
- Enable seamless roll-out to new routes, with upcoming focus both on longer routes from France to Ireland and shorter routes from Spain to Morocco.
- Collaborate with colleagues in the Passenger Division to standardize processes and maximize value.
- Manage and prioritize the team backlog.
- Set ambitious yet achievable objectives and KPIs for your team, ensuring their successful delivery.
- Develop long-term objectives and ambitions in alignment with key stakeholders.
- Analyse booking and performance patterns to gather customer insights and provide a data-driven direction.
- Empower your team to be self-driven, efficient, and collaborative.

- Previous experience as a digital Product Owner, with a proven track record of successfully delivering digital solutions and driving customer-centric innovation.
- Experience working in agile and cross-functional teams.
- Strong passion for customer-driven design and thinking.
- Understanding of technology and proficiency with digital commerce.
- Ability to navigate complex settings with multiple stakeholders and parallel agendas across different countries.
- Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between stakeholders and colleagues from diverse professional and cultural backgrounds.
- Proactive approach with the ability to challenge existing practices and bring innovative ideas to the table.
