With its ongoing ERP Transformation, DFDS is embarking on a digital transformation across Finance and Procurement. Replacing all current ERP solutions in DFDS with D365FO across more than 20 markets and +100 entities is a key part of our ambition towards becoming a more digitized operator. To continue our work towards achieving our goals, we are looking for a driven Programme Lead who can join us and ensure an optimal implementation process.
We need you in the driver's seat
The Atlas Programme consists of 70+ colleagues organized in seven workstreams working in a multinational, inclusive and diverse team having members across different countries such as: Denmark, Poland, Turkey and India.
As our Programme Lead, it will be your responsibility to set the strategic direction, ensure rollout for complex acquisitions, reduce technical debt and consolidate invoicing functionality in D365, as well as deliver improvements to the already implemented D365 solution. Additionally, it will be your responsibility to ensure that all workstreams are able to efficiently plan the work ahead of them and that obstacles standing in their way are removed so focus is maintained on implementing D365 across DFDS.
In this position, you will join Core Transformation & Integrations (CT&I), a part of the Technology & Innovation division at DFDS. We are a dynamic team with an entrepreneurial mindset, digitizing and standardizing DFDS to build the foundation for future growth where you will have the opportunity to make a real impact while working closely with various stakeholders across the organization. You will get a direct, transparent and empowering manager and work from our headquarters located in Nordhavn, Copenhagen.
Turning the focus to you – who are we looking for?

We are looking for an experienced Programme Manager familiar with leading big and complex projects involving many stakeholders across functional and technical areas. We do not expect you to know every detail of finance, procurement or system configs, however, you must be curious by nature and skilled in asking the right questions to ensure progress.
Moreover, the ideal candidate is very structured, an experienced planner and able to address critical matters in an efficient manner. We also value that you are a strong communicator, have highly developed collaboration skills and are excellent at motivating people around you while building lasting relations.
Additionally, we expect that you have:

• A relevant educational background either within Business or IT
• A minimum of 10 years experience in running large transformational IT projects including minimum 5 years of experience in running ERP projects in multinational companies, preferably with cross-functional teams spread across multiple locations
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to enable and empower your team
• A consultancy mindset and a proven toolbox that allows you to convey solutions across all levels of an organization

Furthermore, you are:

• Able to connect with people and build trust with stakeholders at all organizational levels
• Good at thinking strategically while also following up and supporting your immediate team on a day to day basis
• An experienced Project Manager and have extensive hands-on experience in the role including using various project management tools
