Systematic Healthcare – ensuring a cohesive healthcare system

Columna – Systematic’s EMR solution
Columna provides clear, actionable and simple overviews of a patient’s course of treatment while supporting the documentation of treatment and clinical tasks. The solution effectively supports handling medicines, clinical measurements, notes and treatments, as well as providing an overview of the patient’s medical history, diagnoses and contacts in the health service. The solution ensures coherence between clinical documentation and patient administration needs. Over the years, the solution has been developed in close collaboration with clinical users to support their work in the best possible way.

Take the lead and drive impactful change
As a Project Manager at Systematic, you will be part of a small project management team that is responsible for project management and people management. This includes responsibility for more than 60 skilled colleagues situated in Denmark and Romania, helping them to drive impactful change through successful deliveries. - supporting and participating in planning activities in the development team
- following up on plans and the fulfilment of short and long-term goals
- measuring performance and the status of plans
- risk management
- following up on and handling impediments in the team’s work
- status reporting
- coordinating and ensuring communication between teams and other stakeholders
- continuously ensuring the development of highly skilled colleagues
Apply your exceptional leadership skills
We are looking for someone with 3+ years of experience from a similar role, and who holds a relevant IT degree. To succeed in this role, you must have IT-related qualifications comparable to PMI/PMP, PRINCE2 or IPMA Level C/D as well as exceptional leadership skills. - You thrive in an international team-oriented work environment.
- You are analytical, structured and have what it takes to deliver on cost, schedule and quality.
- You have strong qualifications in project management through KPIs, management briefings, management of business committee meetings etc.
- You have experience with personnel management, subcontractor management, technical project management and/or delivery management.
- You are fluent in Danish and English.
