Team and Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager for the Business Excellence Team to support our digital transformation journey. With reference to the Vice President of Business Excellence, you are offered the possibility of mapping and drawing up the Master Data Management strategy which will drive operational efficiency and be the foundation for our future success. You will be part of an exciting journey with great opportunity to put your own mark on Terma’s future processes and improvements as well as our Global Finance roadmap.

Bear in mind that candidates for this position must be able to obtain a security clearance by the Danish Defense Intelligence Service. This entails that candidates, as a minimum, have stayed within NATO/EU for the last 7 years only interrupted by short stays abroad.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager for the Business Excellence Team to support our digital transformation journey. You will be part of an exciting journey with great opportunity to put your own mark on Terma’s future processes and improvements as well as our Global Finance roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
The key responsibilities include:
- Lead the end-to-end process of defining and implementing the Master Data Management strategy across the organization
- Collaborate with stakeholders from across Terma to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Ensure compatibility between master data requirements and existing systems, primarily our ERP system, IFS
- Manage the Master Data Management project timeline and resources, and ensure key stakeholder involvement in all phases of the project
- Facilitate the communication strategy, as well as define a training and adoption plan for the new master data governance
- Monitor and report on the project’s progress, risks and roadblocks
The key qualifications include:
- Proven track record in leading large-scale data management or IT transformation projects, preferably in Master Data Management or data governance
- Strong understanding of data architecture, data modeling and data quality principles
- Familiarity with Master Data Management
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and working with both technical and commercial stakeholders
- Strong project management skills
- A relevant master’s degree such as Information Technology, Management Engineering or a related field of study
- You are self-driven and make things happen, independent and have an outgoing personality with a positive mindset
- You have strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and drive cross-functional teams
- You are analytical with a high drive and can manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Collaboration comes natural to you, and you have strong interpersonal skills
- You are proactive, self-motivated and able to work both independently and in a team setting
- You can cope with a rapid changing environment and challenges
