We are looking for our newest team member to join the Customer Projects team within Human Health Biosolutions, where you will get the opportunity to run projects related to customers request for changes or new products of dietary supplements.

Welcome to the Customer Projects team…

In Customer Projects we oversee projects related to customer requests for new products such capsules, blends, sticks with probiotic culture; packed as bulk or finished good in consumer pack. We also manage customer requested changes to layout of printed material (artwork).

Your new team consist of 8 Project Managers and 2 Contact Manufacturing Specialist. We highly value good collaboration and team spirit, where we can use each other for constructive feedback and support.

In this role you’ll make an impact by…

Being responsible for delivering on Human Health Customer Projects in collaboration with key stakeholders such as Sales, Development Scientists and Production Planners. From your desk in Hørsholm you will become part of an international environment with a sister department in the US and contact with Sales Managers all over the world. You will have high flexibility, where you are free to plan your office hours and there is also the possibility for working from home a few days a week. Your main responsibility will be to manage and coordinate customer project from scoping to production of the first batch.

Your task will include:

Running project meetings with key stakeholders within Novonesis
Participating in customers project meetings
Creating and managing timelines for Implementation, production and delivery of commercial products
Follow up on actions and tasks to assure successful delivery of projects
Initiating and coordinating new material creation
Coordinating and implementing changes to existing artwork at the Contract Manufactures, e.g. labels and consumer cartons

To succeed you must hold…
1-2 years of experience managing medium-sized projects and leading project meetings. We're looking for someone who is organized, follows up on tasks and meeting results proactively, and ensures projects are completed successfully.

Master’s degree in science - Food Science, Pharmacy, Biotechnology or other equivalent relevant degree
A customer-oriented mindset
A strong personal drive and you enjoy working in a dynamic environment where project scope and priorities can change
A structured approach that ensures an overview when things are getting busy
Fluency in written and spoken English is required

Finally, you treasure good collaboration with your stakeholders where you have an eye for their profile and adjust your communication accordingly. You enjoy both overseeing the big picture and diving into the details when needed. You’re skilled at knowing when to maintain a broad perspective and when to focus on specific tasks.
