Your role and responsibilities

If your career has provided you with skills across project management and energy supply, you will not find a better job than this. You will get the opportunity to put your personal mark on the critical (but generally underestimated) Danish energy supply. You will do so by managing service projects within automation and control systems delivered to power plants, district heating facilities and waste incineration plants. As Project Manager, you ensure that we deliver high quality within agreed deadlines and budgets. You are the link between the client’s people and our engineering team with help from your Service Coordinator and Project Controller colleagues. Additionally, you will contribute to our movement towards a new organizational setup founded on agile methods and thinking. As part of this we want to take our ongoing knowledge sharing and constructive feedback to the next level. You will be based at one of our offices in Esbjerg, Middelfart, Aalborg, or Ballerup. Naturally, we have hybrid workplace with lots of flexibility. Your responsibilities: • Manage service projects from the tender phase to final delivery • Create and manage projects plans with on-going follow ups and adjustments when needed • Define competencies needed for your projects and allocate resources in dialogue with your Project Manager colleagues • Identify and secure necessary approvals for all changes in project scope, budget and/or schedule • Contribute to tendering – project management, review cost calculations and assess risks

Qualifications for the role

Probably a technical education and/or technical interest and knowledge
Minimum 5 years of experience as Project Manager
At least one years’ experience from working with or as part of the energy industry
Cyber security interest with additional motivation for enhancing your cyber security skills
Solid skills in MS Project and Excel
Motivation for learning SAP, if you don’t know it
Good English skills, Danish skills are a plus
