SOLUTION ARCHITECT
Are you a skilled Solution Architect with experience in designing and implementing integrations within the global HR systems landscape?
We are looking for a new colleague to join an exciting project with our client in the pharma industry, focusing on the People & Organization (HR) space with an emphasis on Global Hiring Processes. You will be instrumental in architecting solutions within the Hiring Process domain, leveraging a mix of SAP Success Factors Modules and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) developed applications, and other leading solutions within the Document Management and Signature space
Location: Greater Copenhagen area, hybrid.
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to understand business requirements and design comprehensive solutions for Global Hiring Processes and technologies space
- Architect end-to-end solutions leveraging market-leading technologies, with a focus on SAP Success Factors Onboarding and integrations from and to SAP Success Factors with SAP BTP, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices
- Architect end-to-end solutions leveraging market-leading technologies, with a focus on Document Management global applications (knowledge of Accenture Document Composer is considered an advantage), ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices
- Provide technical guidance in the development and implementation of global solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and compliance with regional regulations
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement enhancements to the current solutions, leveraging your expertise in market-leading technologies and industry best practices
- Define and design integrations, data flows, and workflows to ensure seamless operation and data consistency across systems
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
- Has a strong desire for continuous learning and staying updated with emerging technologies; excellent problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect with SAP Success Factors
- Onboarding and Document Management
- Expertise in SAP Success Factors Employee Central, SAP BTP, Signature applications, and other market-leading solutions
- Strong understanding of Global Hiring Processes
- Knowledge of SAP BTP is considered an advantage.
- Knowledge of Adobe Sign or other signature applications is considered an advantage.
- Experience in designing and implementing integrations within the global HR systems landscape
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams and business stakeholders
- Professional level of English - both oral and written Valid EU work permit making you able to start right away
