Strategic Transformation Manager - Executive High-Impact Initiatives (26642)

- Assist in the implementation of strategic initiatives, coordinating with multiple departments to ensure projects are executed on time and deliver expected results.
- Support project management activities, including maintaining timelines, tracking progress, and preparing status reports for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and project leads to break down strategic objectives into actionable tasks, providing hands-on support to operationalize change.
- Identify potential roadblocks and assist in troubleshooting issues to maintain momentum and achieve project milestones.
- Conduct various analyses through investigation of data and interviews with relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare relevant material to facilitate project meetings.
- A minimum of 3 years full-time work experience of which 1-2 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or a related field is a requirement.
- Experience working in larger corporations (preferably in the financial sector) is a plus.
- You hold strong academic records from a relevant master’s degree in economics, business, or a similar field.
- Demonstrated ability to support and execute projects with a high degree of attention to detail and a focus on delivering results.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating insights into clear, management-level language.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, able to build relationships at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving and execution.
- Professional-level proficiency in English as well as fluency in one of the Scandinavian languages: Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian, both verbal and written, is required.
