Demant's Hearing Care business area (B2C) has achieved remarkable growth, emerging as a leading global retailer in the hearing aid industry across 25+ markets. Our commitment to strategic and commercial excellence fuels our journey to "help more people hear better."
We are experiencing the benefits of implementing more strategic and commercial initiatives across the business and are searching for a Strategy and Excellence Student to support on conducting quantitative/qualitative analyses, shape and execute our strategy and build global commercial capabilities while securing the connection between marketing, sales, audiology and technology.
Ensure Commercial Excellence

As our new Strategy and Excellence Student, your responsibility will be to support the team on projects and executive management support.

You will be part of a team of colleagues with previous experience in management consulting, where we work with data and insights, design-thinking, agile project management and more. You will work in close collaboration with the rest of the commercial excellence team, as well as local markets and other global functions.
Joining us your primary focus will be to:

Conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis
Developing executive presentations for board meetings and executive management meetings
Supporting development of project deliverables like playbooks, process design, KPI frameworks
Preparing and supporting workshop facilitation

The role is based at our corporate headquarters in Smørum, Denmark.

For you to be successful in this role:

You take a structured and analytical approach to succeed with your tasks
As a person, you are good at working independently and asking for guidance when needed
At the same time, it is important that you are a humble person to whom it comes naturally to establish and maintain relationships across a large organization

You are preferably studying business administration and economics or a similar degree - on your last year of your bachelor's degree or first year of your master’s degree. You preferably have similar professional experience from another student position.
