Then you might be the perfect colleague to join our Onboarding & Training team in AM HI (Aseptic Manufacturing Hillerød).

The position
We are looking for a person who is motivated by ensuring quality training for our new employees and in creating the best possible onboarding experience.
In the role as Onboarding/Training Professional you will become a part of a new project where we are aiming to design new elongated quality onboarding programmes and tracks for our new employees in our production. Your primary focus will be to analyse training needs for our Operators and Skilled Workers and build new training packages if needed as a part of our new programme, while keeping the onboarding experience in mind.
The Onboarding/Training Professional position involves working closely with key stakeholders when designing the training activities in the Onboarding Programme.
Key Responsibilities and tasks:
  • Contribute to analysis, design, and development of simple and effective training solutions, to cover training needs and solve business problems in the project.
  • Ensure effective, efficient, and compliant training within a regulated work environment.
  • Investigate and analyse needs to build effective training packages with input from our Local Training Coordinators and other relevant stakeholders in the production.
  • Deliver quality training materials aligned with global training standards in Novo Nordisk.
  • Ensuring that our onboarding programme includes quality training that will create fast contribution for our new employees and adds the most value to our departments.

You ideally have experience with developing effective training in a regulated work environment such as pharmaceutical or the food industry. You know what a good learning setup and a good learning environment looks like. You understand why onboarding is essential to ensure a sense of belonging, fast contribution, employee satisfaction and performance. You actively seek opportunities to enhance learning and human performance.
You will work closely with our Onboarding Project Manager and as a part of our Onboarding & Training team.
Qualifications
Ideally:
  • Relevant academic background within learning science, psychology, human resource management (or equivalent) and ideally with a minimum of 3 years' experience in training development and implementation in a large organization.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to build relationships and ensure trust and commitment from stakeholders.
  • Curious mindset to ensure involvement and inputs from line of business.
  • Investigative and analytical approach to problems, with a focus on understanding, how competence development can contribute to solutions.
  • Thorough and accurate work with a strong sense of responsibility for tasks.
  • Independent with the ability to set direction and motivated by working closely with people in the project team.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and adapting to changing needs.
  • You must be fluent in both Danish and English.

About the Department
In PS AM HI we produce high quality injectable products for patients with serious chronic diseases worldwide.
The Onboarding & Training team is a part of Operational Excellence, responsible for delivering systems and initiatives to move our organization forward.
The Onboarding & Training team consists of 16 employees which now includes Area Training Supporters, Training Project Managers, Technical Writers, Student Assistants, and an Onboarding Coordinator. Within the Onboarding & Training team, you will become a part of our new Onboarding Project Team where you’ll work with our Onboarding Project Manager as well as other new project team members.
