What You Will Do

Comply and enforce TPM methodology, aligning to the criteria established in 5 s, planned maintenance and autonomous maintenance to achieve CBN (Critical Business Needs) objectives.

Execute preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance according to the established maintenance plan, by collecting technical data of the equipment and changing obsolete spare parts in order to optimize the operation of machines and equipment reaching the production capacity.

Execute the strategic implementation of asset management, analyzing the loss categories according to the parameters established in the equipment criticality matrix in order to establish the execution priority of advanced maintenance techniques.

Comply and enforce compliance with the ISO Asset Management standard by performing all maintenance in accordance with established standards of advanced maintenance techniques and ensure the quality of maintenance.
