Technical Skills
- Basic understanding of troubleshooting across various platforms.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Jira and Service Now.
- Basic knowledge of SQL for database queries.
- Proficiency in log analysis tools to identify issues.
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
